Senior A&R executive with 6+ years spanning label and artist-side development, specializing in hip-hop, R&B and Afro with culturally-led rollouts. Currently A&R at LVRN (Love Renaissance) based in Atlanta leading projects from creative direction through session building and release execution for artists including Odeal and Belly Gang Kushington.

Before LVRN: Senior Director of A&R / Project Manager at Venice Distribution (2020–2022). Built repeatable workflows for demo intake, session planning, creative review, asset management, and release readiness. End-to-end project management for KAYTRANADA & Aminé's KAYTRAMINÉ album (2023).
